If you don’t have time to go for a long walk every day but you know you should, maybe you have time to stand on this between meetings. This is really hard to do when it’s vibrating… gonna do my best… the first one you feel an incredible difference. All you do is you stand, you might wanna lean on a wall or something (I don’t need to) then plant one foot really well you probably see it vibrating right now – then you carefully lean forward stick out your back leg if you want to and you can pull it off to oppose like this and what I’m feeling right now is huge contraction in my glutes and just tightening of my core in a way that you don’t normally get.
The next thing that completely changes things … you’ll probably see the change in definition right now… is this. Just come down and hold a plank pose like this and this gets really hard you go down and hold it right here and the thirty times a second of vibration completely basically amplifies what’s going on in your chest so you actually get a pump that’s pretty unbelievable but the amount of time that you do. And it’s actually talking to your nervous system because you’ve got thirty of these happening a second your body actually thinks it is doing 30 push-ups a second – so you feel it really really quickly! The other thing that makes a huge difference for the backside is just come on down into a bit of a squat just like this.
A normal squat like this you can hold for a while but when you’re vibrating forty times a second it’s a whole different set of exercises which is really really remarkable. The final thing that will completely blow you away is a stretch and if you have ever done pigeon pose in yoga you like to be opening your hips. You can do things when it’s vibrating that really help you open up in a way that you would expect when my favorite poses are to just …do this… Now this is hard enough when you’re not vibrating but you’re vibrating like this you can see my leg is really able to… just help me fold forward like this… I’m 6’4” and 43 years old Yeah, I use Upgraded Collagen but the whole body vibration platform will really help me get all the way down so that I can be flexible as a tall guy – we’re not supposed to be this flexible. What I’m going to do is my outer IT band here which is one of the hardest things to do. So all you do is the standard foam rolling things you would normally do except now the former roller is actually amplifying what happens in your muscles. This can be too intense especially with this kind of thing if you’re not used to it. And if you need to just relax and recover a little bit as one more thing you can do. check this out – whatever your favorite device like this is you can do some foam roller for a more gentle effect you when something like this and just lean back and now instead of just a stretch that opens things up.
I’m actually getting a vibrating stretch which just helps to open things up and …it feels absolutely amazing… Alright, I’m winded and tired but that’s what I do on the Bulletproof Vibe when I want to just restore everything, keep things going, and I don’t have time to go for a long walk or to do a full workout – this is pretty amazing.
